Scummy Skype causing pop-up ads - Isidar - Sep 16, 2018
Was getting chrome opening new tabs of pop ups from a certain site, checked my entire PC with several anti-virus softwares. Did a quick Google search and realised Skype v7.x was causing the issues for a lot of people, upgraded to the 8.x version and problem solved. Pretty terrible on Microsofts part that this can even happen.

I use discord but unfortunately have people who won't use it for whatever reason, so I need to use Skype too.
