umm quasar can be run on linux.. did it in ubuntu using mono (I have dotnet installed as well) but stability was umm not there crashed on a build I didn't try running a VM and getting the connection (lazy). Try it on a VM OP worst case install virtual box on kali and use WIndows?
Edit: .NET Reactor not exactly crypt but obfuscation .. I can tell you now de4dot has some issues deobfuscating some of it. Your mileage on Linux may vary of course. Of course there are solutions here on the forum.
