I would recommend you to take a look out on Google, this is the first link I've found: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/232736/is-there-a-code-obfuscator-for-php
But nothing can keep your code 100% safe.

As mentioned, obfuscated or not, if the code is executable, it's insecure to someone with a will. Depending on the reasoning for your desire to obfuscate code, you might benefit from offering it as a SAAS product instead.
