I am looking for someone to essentially overhaul a website that I built for my business. It is coded in PHP/HTML and I need someone to go in an fix it up - essentially just making it neat and tidy. Whether you need to recode it from scratch or just edit current files I do not really care as long as the main page remains active while the new one is developed. IT MUST CONTINUE TO OPERATE WHILE DEVELOPING (eg. make a duplicate on one of our secondary domains). I don't need it to be super fancy, but at least some basic design (eg. materializecss).
I need someone trusted to do this. My budget is around $400 - let me know.

I'm happy to open a market contract up. (cloning the entire web directory and hosting it on another server would be the most appropriate course of action if you do not want operations to be halted during the upgrade).
I know I'm a new user but I have tons of web development experience and PHP experience through building and configuring websites to work along side databases, PHP to connect them, then configuring API's to work along side them. Blockchain API is my biggest install request so far.
