I noticed this about a week or two ago I think, but I just thought it was the user had PM's turned off. IT seems like any of the users in the R3KT group, do not have the PM button on their post.
Here are two users I looked at

Is this expected behavior? I can still PM them from their profile (and for the one user, there is an option to email)

UM? Good catch OP.
It seams as though the R3KT group is missing the 'Quick PM" option from posts.
Non R3KT user indeed have this option within posts.
I'm sure this is just a over site/bug and Omni and or Xerotic will take care of this shortly.

This is a MyBB bug probably from their display group.
EDIT: I made a change. Do you see it now?

Yeah it is there now it seems. Figured it was a bug.

I think this is also an issue for users who set 3PIC as their display group as well.
