When things like this happens to me especially for such low amounts i usually don't even give a damn but this time i am mad indeed and the user is not even trying to resolve this.

Brief description of issue : at 2018-09-23 13:00:24 i ordered 2000 + 156 twitter followers from his website (had to do 2 different orders since 2K is a limit).

The 2K order got to processing (still haven't got even 1 from them)
The other order was refunded 1 time, i re-ordered it got 44 out of 156 and then it stopped AGAIN so i RE-ORDERED and it says i got 33 so let's say 33+44 = 77.

Also saying to me that the ticket i opened with the name won't be answered obviously by support when his rules on his page say "OPEN ONE TICKET ONLY" so i obeyed obviosuly.

The last ticket was not even replied (opened 25-9-2018) which is after his response and they say the respond every 4 hours lmfao.
the other as you can see has no answer at all too.
This is a community alert since i cannot open a scam report against this user, we didn't deal in contracts but me through his social media selling site which i found here.
