I ordered 15 ($50 worth) RDP's from this guy.
We talked and I asked for residential (home) RDP's if he has them available. He said he does.
I paid him...

Upon delivery:- I only received 14 RDP's when I paid for 15
- 3 of the RDP's are not working.
- All of the RDP's are server boxes and not residential like I asked for.
I have contacted him about this and he said he will be looking into it, but that was 3 days ago.
Now, he is ignoring me. I would be okay with everything fixed and to get what I paid for or only a $35 BTC refund, he can keep the other $15.
I just want my money back or what he owes me.

You can RDP on windows 7-10 desktops and laptops too. That's why I asked if you had any. You said yes so I bought, but none of these are.
