Discipline - deltaone - Oct 4, 2018

i am naturally a highly disciplined person. i can take heavy tasks and solve them even if i dont like to do so. but there is only one thing that knocks off my discipline: when someone attacks my self confidence. e.g. when a professor at my college attacks my self confidence in order to make me fail, i start losing my discipline and focus. same thing when i study hardcore, take the exam and still fail. it makes me feel like a failure and like my hard work and effort isnt appreciated. is there a way i can always keep my disciplined mind and fight off anything that tries to kill it?

hi there

mate just so you know, you wont have it easy at all, better learn to turn any negative action toward you into a motivation

how? yea you can try anything from projecting five years ahead in your mind, set a goal then just tell your self that nothing can be in your way

or, just turn anything into sarcasm, yes anything!

regards

I have a very great solution for your problem for example you if a professor fails you, you should not lose your discipline just think it like a test in which you fall and try to stand again if you fail after a great preparation think your anger is enemy and he want to destroy you defeat it by not showing it and Once you're calm, express your anger
