first create Text Document and copy this into the Text Document

second create new Text Document and copy this into the new Text Document

dont work on desktop, working on flash memory.
copy to flash memory , without folder . copy to flash memory without folder .
and now i check , working %100.
and if i didn't fix your problem what happen when you open launch.bat ?

I agree with STBG_banappeal
This was a big thing in the 90's not so much now mainly because windows now makes you select run option, there is no "auto" autorun,
You can make the inf file for autorun, usually it just shows up under the autorun options though.
However you can go get yourself a bash bunny from the hak5 store and there are many scripts for the bash bunny to do what you require.
Windows will recognise it as what ever you want,
USB to Ethernet for MITM Attacks, USB HID for any keystrokes, also USB External drive to pass all your data to.
