I can load the vbucks on PC. You should see the vbucks on PC/xbox/android but not on ps4.
If you want to use in ps4, you'll have to buy skins from pc/xbox/android. Then, you'll have the skin on PS4 but NOT the vbucks.
If you can't login on PC, I can buy the skin you want after loading the vbucks.
