I believe you need to PM a member of staff... not sure? Or, log out and never log back in and it gets closed after X amount of time. Check the Help Docs.

You can PM Omniscient and request a closure, but it's up to him whether he does so or not. Upgraded users (ub3r/r00t) can also invoke a self ban up to 6 months.
In your case my advice would just be to log out and not log in again.
