Logic Pro X // Apple ID - Paradoxal™ - Oct 31, 2018
So my girlfriend just got an iMac. She uses her Apple ID for her shit. If I were to sign into my own Apple ID, then proceed to purchase Logic Pro X and download it, would I have to be logged into my Apple ID to use logic? So she can use her Apple ID for her shit without me having to log in and out of my Apple ID?

You should be able to use Logic X without signing in. Only for updating you would need to again.
