Macbook Pro MF839, overheat and screen freeze 'crack' - BlackMessias - Nov 3, 2018

Hello. Title might be sounding weird, but atleast it is as weird as the occuring issue. I believe the temperature and freeze are correlated, but the way that it happens makes no sense. Anyone had a similar problem like this, or know any fixes?

Hello

Does it happen in a specific condition ? Like when you use too long your mac or with huge consuming programs ? Maybe randomly ?

Does your mac is still in warranty period ?

The weird thing is, I believe one of my users is more suspectible to this issue. Either because of malware, or because of software I have installed. Usually don't have high consuming programs, but 'Google Chrome Helper' is often a big spender on my CPU. No unfortunately not, but I did manage to turn it in at a repair shop while the warranty was still available, but they just replaced the logic board, which didn't help the issue.
