A Comeback to My Old Hometown (HF OFC) - Donace - Nov 3, 2018
Hey guys,
99.9% does not know who I am, a lot of new members here.
Well I'm a old member (since 2010) who decided to do a come back.
My career ended here at HF around 2015.
You probably asking your self, why would some stop being active at HF?
Well I literally got on the wrong path, hanging out with shady people, trying to make fast money in the streets etc...
While I slowly and slowly compressed my passion for programming & computer.
I ended up getting more cold and cold. Lost 12 friends the last 4 years and my dad. (You're not supposed to pity me)
I had been in 12 court trials, but it feels like I've been having a guardian angel watching me. Never been condemned that's why.
You can say that I was pretty deep in the game. How come I got out?
Well about 6 months ago I was with my friend and suddenly a car appears driving fast aiming for us with rifles and start shooting.. (not after me, they were after my friend)
My friend ended up getting shot 2 times on the arm, and I survived with no scratch at all. Once again it felt like I have a guardian angel that was watching me.
That was also the ice breaker for me. I went in to a state of paranoia, feeling like I was next on the list. When was it my turn to have someone wanting to take me out. After doing a lot of analyzing, thinking and not getting sleep at all. I decided to move out of the country to another country where I got a successful cousin living.
When I finally started to get my sleep, finally felt like I was in a peace of mind. Where no paranoia or stress were following me.
I turned on my computer and starting using it more and more. I ended up starting my own online business.
A online shop with home delivery. The very first online shop with home delivery in this country history.
After my online shop started going good and went pretty much on autopilot, I opened the first classified ads website in this country history.
Moving here was one of the best decision I made in my life. I've started doing online courses on programming (C# & Python)
I've developed a interest for kali linux and decided to start learning how linux works and ethical hacking.
Well that was my story, the TL:DR version 'nuff said.

Where do you live where you opened the first online store in the countries history? (If you don't mind me asking.)

Welcome back.
I lived in Sweden and moved ethnic country, Ethiopia.
Like the country is 15 years back in time if you talk technology. 😏
They just got sub-trains, 4G internet, and also Optical Fiber internet installed.
So everything with the online world is pretty new for most of the peoples.
You can basically bring online business ideas from the west world and be the first one to start it.
With that said I'm taking advantage of that in all ways I can to secure my future.

Oh you are damn right, I was pretty amazed my self when I arrived.
The funny thing is: I went there as a 5 week vacation. After seeing all these big changes.
I decided to stay and got my "green card" after 2 months.
My mom ended up coming here to visit me after 3 months, she also bringed all my stuffs I wanted that I left in Sweden.

If the story is true then u had alot of luck, and still have if your business goes great. Wish I could do a start up in Ethopia, without me moving there.

Trust me, I've had a lot of luck in my life. Even hard for me myself to believe it sometimes when I think of all of those scenarios.
Africa is the future right now when all this technology development moving forward.
Think about it, if you try to open something in the west world. You'll have a very hard time succeeding and also a lot of competition.
Everything is new in Africa not much of a competition at all. If you're the first a big company will probably contact you and buy you out when the big boys start developing in Africa.
A big company like Amazon, Ali Express etc... Will not start from the bottom building up a company. They will just buy one of the first and biggest one in the market

That's true, you will have to move. But there is probably some way to manage it without moving.
It will require some good research and market analysis.
Also try to get in contact with someone who can manage everything in the country.
