My menu bar doesnt want to appear over the header picture, what I've done wrong?

post your full css next time

i suspect something to do with position:absolute or position:fixed mixups but we cant be sure until you actually post something useful.

good, so now what are you expecting it to do/what are you trying to accomplish
because that code looks fine to me but idk what you're trying to do

Do several things, first you should paste the entire code here, no one wants to go to another website (at least I dont). As stated above, what are you trying to accomplish fully?

Also post all your code that you are trying to format, HTML + CSS. Just CSS isn't as helpful.

As i said in original post, Im trying to make a fixed menu at the top of the site but it doesn't want to appear for some reason.
html is in first pic screenshot.
