It probably doesn't exactly work that way but if you say certain keywords, you will most likely get banned after a few reports

EU have a reputation for being toxic, it's just that people here really don't give a shit. I don't think people spam reports that trigger chat restrictions like they do in NA, flaming is not a big deal. Same goes for people's in-game names.
I've played on 5 servers this year and nothing really comes close to the toxicity on EUW :')
That said though, I would rather have someone perma flame me and play, than have someone ignore chat and just passively play solo, perma split pushing by themselves or whatever they might do to throw the game.

EU: "fuck you trash dog n-word" then carries the game, gets 3 honors, no reports.
NA: "you're trash don't talk" is carrying the game, team responds by going afk, griefing, and then reports the player who is carrying cus "they said something mean". Those same people don't get punished for griefing in but instead get an instant feedback report because of someone else's typing. disgusting.

i got my first chat restriction on na by typing "this team is dog. open" in all chat (team was like 1/15 in the first 10 mins). no swear words, nothing else, just that.

you also gotta realize that on NA, you're all playing with mostly american people. maybe some LATAMs but that's it. there are 50 EU countries.... so yeah, racism is going to be a lot more rampant as well. like, if someone starts typing in french in my game, they better prepare to have their asshole gaped. it's not like i have a personal vendetta against french people, its just that that's the way things are lol.

NA = you get banned if you fart and it offends people.
China/Korea = You can threaten to murder people and no ban even win trading is only punished if its intense and long term reported for months.
LAN/EU = Barely anyone reports anyone

I got a punishment on one account I was boosting once that was already bad standing because I go into ranked and there was a Tahm Kench support Plat 5 who swapped to smite at last second and I wasn't paying attention he smite stole my red then followed me around eating jungle camps just before they were smiteable (and if you smite as ur ally eats it ur smite goes on cd but it doesn't hurt the jungle camp, maybe thats fixed now though)

Then he says in all chat at like 4 minutes wow Shyvana is AFK she has 0 farm at 4 minutes. And then end of game I get reported for inting by him and I got punished. Because I was level 1 to his 2 and he was Tahm kench who can steal jungle camps easily he really screwed me. At the second camp I tried to smite when it got low and I noticed the smite while Tahm eats bug and its cancer.


Any time you see a plat 5 player in ranked you know its gunna be a bad game. I lost my last 2 promo games on my smurf because of Plat 5 Teemo, then a Plat 5 Shaco next game and ended in gold 2 :( so now I have to play another 15-20 games to get it into Plat in next 2 days.
