Scammed by Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki UID=883840 on refund 0.027133 BTC - TCP - Nov 9, 2018

I sent him 0.027133 $173,3 in total to solve this dispute(worth 0.016), but he did not remove the dispute from the database neither set it as "Resolved"
I had to contact a staff member only to get it closed because it was resolved
He agreed to close it and remove all the content, on skype, in the first contract:

He didn't, then after a day(or so) he adds me back on discord and asks for more money:

At this point I sent him $20 extra, for the same reason stated above, to remove/close all the content of the dispute
But he didn't, I tried to get in contact with him again since he ignored me on HF, he just kept blocking me
So today I decided to open a dispute on this to see if he stopped ignoring me...and as I thought he pmed me, I reminded him of what he owes me and he didn't do, the end result of this conversation was this message:

He tried to get even more money from me
Then he blocked me again

Hence I decided to open this dispute thread for his dishonest revenge behaviour
I will close and resolve the dispute once he does what he promised to do, don't care if I may be in the wrong here, he still did not respect his word

Hello, what you payed me for was not to simply pay me back for you scamming me but to delete the thread and content to make it all go away and make it seem like you never scammed here on site without a care not to just simply resolve the thread which I would’ve done.
Nor did I ask you for more money but you insisted to pay me more to delete it once again but we agreed on you never scamming again.
