For starters, this deal was done BEFORE the contract system was in place.

What happened:
Months ago i already opened a scam report about this user, you can see it here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5833831
You can also see in that thread i am not the only one with problems with that user.
He asked me in PM to close the scam report and delete all my comments and he would refund me for a product i paid for ($130) and never received, you can see this here:

After that he keeps promising me to refund me as you can see here:

This has been going on for months now. I will start to post in his thread and refer to this scam report every single day until he refunds me.
I know nobody will give him red but i will do my thing until i get my money back.

With the current rules you need a contract to open dispute, I hop Mods take it as an exception case.

Since this Scam Happened Before the Contract system was placed , The report should be valid ..
Could you add Proof of you sending him Money for the Package you bought

As is stated, the contract system was not in place at that time so when admins read the thread and previous scam report i am confident they will know it was not possible to have a contract and will keep this thread open.

Never deal or buy any shits from Mon£y, he is wellknown HF Scammer. I don't understand why HF not banning him, since lots complaints since years ago. 😠

Yeah i dont understand either... HF keeps enabeling him.
I mean, many people state he scammed and i have proof, black on white and still he does whatever he wants and has a top seller label.
By now, he must have scammed for thousands using HF as his platform.

True , the product isnt useful to me, mostly stub upload/download links has always been an issue he wouldn't find a permanent solution to that either so in the end its all a rip off... trying to see if i can find a solution on my own.

I haven't scammed anyone, you and the other people in this thread saying I scammed them violated my ToS.
I banned you and didn't refund you for a reason. You then started flaming the thread and causing me a lot of stress, I couldn't be bothered dealing with you so I was going to refund you and said I would pay you back when I had the money, you couldn't wait and started flaming the thread yet again, so I made a final decision that I wasn't going to refund you.
Maybe you learn from this.
