I've seen some people telling how "weeaboo" usually means ruined by the Internet. The pop culture definition is a non-Japanese being obsessed with Japanese culture and shunning their own.
I guess you could also look into words like "otaku".

This is the definition of a weeb. A weeb is a person that's not Japanese, but wishes they were. they're obsessed with Japanese culture. they integrate Japanese words into every day language. they are brony tier disgusting.

Weebs is the term used exclusively for anime, manga, VN and LN fans. While otaku is a person that's passionately obssesed with something even train.
