Im looking to open on HF my GTA RECOVERIES SERVICE. As first i will offer this service for free for members, then i maybe will want bytes for it. I just want to ask if its allowed here.

Is it detected? - Not, im using a premium mod menus for recoveries.
How many cash you can add it there? - As much as you want
What else you can add to my account? - I will add features soon, so you can see what everything.

Yes, you're allowed to offer GTA V services. Recovery or money drops it doesn't matter, there is no rule against them.

Yes, it's allowed. Just make sure that you don't include your discord details as I've seen it's accompanied on such services. Use some other form of contact (pm, skype, etc.).
