Sell bitcoin for paypal, big risk? - lisenkisen - Nov 28, 2018

There is a lot of people on like localbitcoin that sells bitcoin for paypal, but only reason im thinking of not doing it is because of chargeback. Would be pretty nice doing 15% just like that.

Is there any way i can do this and be 100% sure i wont loose my money?

A guy said if i accepted only payment as friends and family, it could not be charged back. Is that correct?
And if so, can i see if the payment is sent as friends and family?

I guess if they pay with their creditcard somehow, they could do chargeback thru them. Stolen cc is a big problem for example.

Accepting PayPal, there is always a risk of a charge back.

I have done well over 400k in sales this year. I had three disputes that were all attempted as "unauthorized transaction" and I won all three disputes. Depends on the platform you sell on to be completely honest.

Eh I never done it but I know you can exchange here but you pay bad fees generally. I only did a btc to pp once.

Just get your money out of there asap to minimize risk. Its usually fine if you only trade with reputable people though.

There is a away to avoid the charge back but it violates the ToS so.

Problem is you wil still get a chargeback. They send you a bill and if you dont pay they take you to court. Hard to say it was someoneels that made account in my name since i would withdraw the money to my bankaccount.
