The contract made was cancelled. You should have waited for both ends to approve it. A contract is needed for a valid dispute, sorry for your loss.

He won't get a ban or anything unless OP has a Contract witch he doesn't. Its easy to scam Newbies now as u can see.
further more its not cool . he worked for that money .... even iff its 2cents its his money scamming is bs ..

People dont happen to search the UID or go first themselves. That's how some scammers like Valentino pull off scams even after they have reports open. Until they get closed, of course.
