AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Overclock. (Help Needed) - RunDMC - Dec 9, 2018 Okay so i just overclocked my CPU And RAM. And it runs way higher FPS in all games now CPU to 3.8ghz at CPU 1.350v and 1.0750v Northbridge voltage RAM from 2400mhz to 3000mhz. at 1.350v CPU Idle Temps is 28-34c Stress test/Under max load. Max 52c. (10 mins in aida64 and 5 mins with p95 blend test.) My only problem is when i ran aida64 and i tried to open other programs while stress testing it froze sometimes for 5-10 seconds then it came back. But it dosen't happen in games. Also lagg spikes in a game called SCUM. but there came a huge content patch yesterday and its in early acces and i can read alot of people have crashes and stuttering after the update so i guess it has nothing to do with the OC. Benchmarks before and after overclock. Before: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/12786043 After: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/12787118 I have huge improvements on all parts because of this overclock. Just need to know if its stable. Or i have to re-do something since it froze sometimes in aida64.
RE: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Overclock. (Help Needed) - Gt403cyl - Dec 9, 2018 When you stress test you are literally putting the CPU at 100% load, pushing it to it's workload limit. having a freeze when opening another program while stressing is normal, you have the CPU at full load then are asking mroe of it. The way I read it before was it was freezing while just stressing. RE: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Overclock.
