is here any tool for password breaker in normaln accounts like mail acc ?

Sentry is a common brute f tool. i wouldn't suggest targeting mail accs tho

Any time I've done password cracking I was working with a hash. Many hashes to this day are very easy to break, especially if they are hashed in something very old (des, md5, sha1, salted unix md5) and/or use weak passwords. If you have a hash I would recommend using something with a graphics card and hashcat or john the ripper installed

bruteforce is like word list and guesses the password. but now a days they have those "are you a robot" things which makes it harder to crack

You're talking about a password cracker also known as a brute-force attack. Kali-Linux has a built in tool called Hydra which is specialized for this task.
