There aren't any reputable services that exist for what you are looking for. If you have a legitimate need for this service, DriveSavers can do this for less than $5k.

There are some reputable service, for MDM that's very easy, you buy a credit and do the bypass yourself.
ICloud depends the status of the device.

link for the mdm bypass? and its not icloud locked yet swim hasnt reset it

theyre just activtion lock. imei status is clean not blacklisted or stolen which services are reputable?

You have two options
- buy a custom receipt, and take it to an Apple store, $25+
- buy a GSX request, usually $135+
