Literally, the first thing I thought about is people abusing this system. Like 2 users sending each other 10 bytes constantly, till they get the bonus.
Don't think it happened yet, but it might happen in the future.
What are the chances of getting the bonus?

Yeah, makes sense. But bytes fees probably outweigh this. Thus making abuse not profitable.

There is no fee for donating bytes, but OP abuse usually gets noticed rather quickly and the users tend to get banned for it.

Maybe there is a limit on sending donations per day, for example 10 donations per day.

If it only happens once per day the chances of someone effectively abusing the system would be low. Would it not? how many 10x donations does it take to get to 250? not that many.

I don't see this being a huge issue. The chances of this being abused are slim to none.

I think it's a non-issue. I doubt anyone will try and abuse the system and risk losing their bytes and/or account.

Easy fix anyway set a minimum donation amount and change the algorithm so people can't profit from it.
