I did this before same rates a few months ago. Not the first time I'll sell bulk Bytes or the last. What I haven't done is sell them cheap or in small quantities. Had a lot of members try to get 10k or 25k from me at reduced rates but I turn them away and tell them to use the Marketplace.
I looked and our total β is at a very reasonable 2.4m for the community. So that means our Bytes economy is stable. When crew prices go up and I continue to raise fees and other Byte prices their value to the community should be maintained.

This is great, i would 100% be having this if xmas did not bleed me dry.

Wow that is a pretty nice deal going to do some research on crews, as I am not fully aware on what they actually do and if it is profitable.

I suppose it might help members if they knew my planned price increase for the Crews. I will set the Cartel Crew price to 150,000 β from 100k.
We are actively developing the game now and I suspect Crews will be very important to the gaming aspect in about 2-3 months. We should have working game code in 2-3 weeks as part of HF.

Out of curiousity, will (Tier 3) Crews be transferrable at some point, or will it stay with the member who bought the Crew?

Basically Crews have owners (like groups) and having a group move to a new owner is easily done. I thought it was already a feature but I see it's not. We will be adding it.
