I see so many get rich quick schemes on HF, and obviously it's a ton of crap. But I honestly wonder who buys it, and is it legal?

This guy apparently makes $10,000 farming Runescape gold. Fine, it might be possible, but why would he take time making an ebook about how he does it and sell it for $29?

Most if not all HF get rich quick schemes are similar to this one.
As for the legality, this comes under finance fraud.

Here is how you can identify such a scam

At least the thread in the OP tells you what the "method" is upfront. I've seen a lot of ebooks that are poorly written and formatted describing idiotic scams. For example, there's one that suggests making SC accounts named after legit businesses, then trying to sell them the accounts.
Maybe I should start offering proofreading and typesetting services.

oh and also when I ask what the product is about they usually dont respond with a valid answer, just avoid the question as they know their method is public af
