For a website hack, if you are looking to obtain the database no one will do it for 100USD. That's an obvious scam who ever said it to you. When I conduct database breaches I charge anywhere in between $1000-5000 depending on the value, traffic and strength of security of the website and server. Otherwise it's not worth to run the risks.
