How is it better than noip?
how secured is it?
can it be used for ratting?

Well, lets start with the fact No-IP is owned my Microsoft.
- They monitor, Honey pot, report and ban people.

My host domains are registered where spamhaus and other agency take down notices are not honored.
Further the services does not log or report activity.

This service was originally developed as a replacement for DuckDNS after they deployed a Honeypot system to their network and people were loosing their hosts for their Remote tools. So yes, this service is ideal for Remote Administrative tools.
