Hello guys i m just wondering what is the best DNS PROVIDER i noticed that duck dns need " java " to run it so is it safe to use ? for " RAT " or Dynu is the best free one and any idea on a Paid Dns ?

Use nsupdate.info. Dynu and duckdns both disable your service if used with a rat. Nsupdate does not

It doesn't have a program. You either have to update manually or make your own updater (it's like 3 lines of code in visual basic .net)
