So I am really itch down there
It's been like that for a few weeks
Seems to be getting worst tonight, wtf could it be?
Its sort of red like a rash

Most likely jock itch if you've been sweating or haven't washed up well every day. You can get rid of that with antifungal creams like Lotrimin and just make sure you keep it dry and maintain hygiene to prevent it in the future.
If you have eczema or psoriasis in the family it could be that too, which is why you might want to get it looked at by a doctor. Personally, I'd use a cream for the ~2 weeks it says and if it doesn't help check with a doctor.

Could be a yeast infection as well. (or anything listed above)
I'd recommend you to go to a doctor if it's getting worse, or maybe just ask a pharmacist if you're too lazy.

Take more showers to avoid this problem and also change your cloths with clean ones.

Clean your junk more, I am certain that is the issue lol. Unless of course you caught some sort of disease, if so good luck to you on that. Go see a DR.

Avoid dairy and wheat as they can trigger the itch. You can buy eczema-out, aloe vera, or some cream.

I shower daily, I always use soap and condition the area
Last night I literally couldn't sleep because it was so itchy lol
Just gonna buy some cream for it and see how it goes

If you aren't washing that area pretty well start washing it now.
