Suggestion for Suggestions and Ideas - Maskin - Jan 30, 2019
Lots of suggestions/ideas have already been denied in the past and people make new threads with basicly the same things.
What about if a thread is created in this subforum and the thread contains enough keywords to match a thread that has been denied/locked in the past, a window would come up ”ARE YOU SURE THIS HASN’T BEEN SUGGESTED BEFORE?” with a list of the top 10 matched threads.
This would only happen in this subforum.
And yes people can just use the search function but they don’t.
I don’t know how hard this would be to do or if it’s even possible/worth putting the time into.

Genuine made something like this, he made a thread that was sticky'd for a little while I'm sure of all the suggestions that got denied.
Personally I don't think it's a good idea due to people shouldn't be so god damn lazy and use the search function, it's there for a really good reason.
