I think you only initiated the contract? Both buyer/Seller have to accept the contract before its valid.. Sorry for your loss

Then he redeemed it to his account, and isn't paying me.
So the truth is, = HE IS A SCAMMER.

He is a piece of shit and Omni should do something about him and other scammers.
Once he will take actions against them from the first scam, the market place will feel more secure for new comers so it will grow.
Just my thoughts about this.

Everything you said is 100% true, however that doesn't change the fact Ragnar is a scammer.
