How to find an Adware/Rat on an Android device? - flavoral - Feb 15, 2019
I've been having a problem recently with having a lot of pop-up ads on my phone screen and having my browser auto open to a random site.
I've tried every antivirus/antimalware out there, all says there's nothing.
Any help? I cba resetting my phone.
Also, i remember 3 years ago when i was using a rat for fun on some friends, there used to be a feature to hide the RAT completely from the phone but you can access it by dialing a shortcut which autoopen the RAT app.

I've had similar issues in the past. The problem ended up being just a shitty app that was still installed. Remove any app you don't need and then some. Sometimes it's photo editing apps and the like. Take note of the lower quality apps that look cheap/poorly made. That could be a simple fix. Hope you get it resolved!

Issue fixed, turned out to be an app i had on my phone for over a year but it just started spamming me ads.
