Its called "Popularity" now.. only B-ratings have real meaning. Its just a number.

Well that's not entirely true - you still need a minimum of 100 popularity to upgrade to root. 🤝

Correct, but many people would agree that when making a transaction on the site, B ratings hold more importance than the r00t upgrade.

Nobody of worth gives a fuck about popularity anymore. Most people I see with >1000 popularity are insanely LQ.

1. No one cares about Popularity/Rep anymore.
2. The people that post in giveaways do it for the Popularity/Rep so stopping that would remove the incentive for a majority of people that post in that section

Popularity isnt rep anymore so its just a number now were as it use to be how known and trusted you are. we have a b rating system for trusted now, popularity is as what is said on the tin.

Exactly my thought. It's a useless function now and have no sense of even calling it "Popularity" when anyone can just beg or swap for it.
