i was scammed by WaltherHWhite and i opened a contract with him and also disputed it, haven`t heard from him since then.
Is there any other ways to get him banned from here or help from admin???

To be honest, you seem to have zero credibility. I've looked at most of your recent posts and you're just following waltherhwhite around HF, spamming "scam scam scam scam" in the same threads as him - and very poorly at that.
You are asking to get him banned, but the only one I can see getting banned as a result from all of this is you.

I can see scammers have more right on this page than the victim.
I have the transaction on ID of the money i sent him to the bitcoin wallet that was in the contract we both approved.
Well i guess that`s bygone.
