Do not deal with User Crypto / UID = 2277664 - Vision - Feb 26, 2019

Hello everyone,
I decided to look for graphics and found a couple of interesting designers that have done amazing jobs in the past so i decided to contact a couple, after talking with some i made the decision to go with this one specific designer named Crypto aka Amnesia Kush (skype = amnesia-kush).

I told him what i wanted, which was a custom logo made from scratch, he said he understood and wanted me to pay beforehand so i did, i sent him $35.00 as agreed in Bitcoins. He then later on about 2-3 hours later sends me a screenshot of the logo using the same vector which he showed me as a example before hand as i told him that i didn't know what he meant with a "dripping" feeling to the logo.

I told him that i didn't like the logo at all, i responded with "yikes" because of the fact that he basically used the vector that he showed me as a example while i told him that i wanted a custom icon (the icon to the left of the text logo) and i decided to ask for a refund as i felt lied to and did not want to deal with a designer that lies to their customers, calls them idiots and tells them that they're childish.

He then basically told me that im not in the position to make my demands(?) while i just asked for a full refund as he didn't do what we agreed on,
i told him I would make a dispute as he's basically scamming me and he then told me to keep acting childish and deleted me from Skype.

Later on he adds me back and says that he wants to solve the issue, which i agreed on but he made demands of him sending $20 first and then i'd have to delete all the comments (which was only one comment) on his thread and have to close the dispute i opened on him as well.

Just keep in mind before looking at the screenshots that im the buyer(customer) and he's the designer(supposed to be professional).

It started because he used a vector from google? But you never showed him or even in this dispute that he had taken those from google rather than making a custom one.

Okay... so he is definitely wrong for immediately flaming you once you said you didn't like the design. Probably hit him in the feels a bit on that. I wouldn't be too pleased if a person replied "yikes" at my work either, but that's just me.

You agreed with him that if he refunded you'd take down the sales trashing and bullshit and just resolve all of this.
After reading literally every screenshot (granted, you can tell you definitely skipped over other parts), this looks like it's already resolved? He refunded you, which he wasn't entitled to do. And you're not holding up your side of the agreement for the refund because now you're posting even more shit.

He should be more professional, sure. But you posted your own screenshots agreeing to a deal that he kept up with and you didn't. So I'm failing to see why you wasted your time on this. You're the one who just looks like a dick imo.
Stop being in your feelings about a logo on an online forum that you got refunded for. If it was a bad deal but you're not scammed, move on and don't do business with him again? This just looks like petty bullshit that doesn't even belong in the marketplace.

He refunded you and you should've deleted your posts instead of making a drama out of it over fucking $35
