If you bought it as used phone and the screen already cracked, then I guess when it fell, maybe the battery connector got disconnected from the board due the fall, Watch YouTube video on how to replace iPhone 7 battery to know how to open your iPhone, you don’t need to replace the battery, just check the battery connector .. If the battery connector is fine then other issues might to check em, like replacing battery, ic charge, short circuit, but those are for maintenance professionals, but for now just check the battery connector RE: iPhone 7 wont charge help - Top 3! - Mar 4, 2019 (Mar 1, 2019 05:07 PM)D3vilish Wrote: If you bought it as used phone and the screen already cracked, then I guess when it fell, maybe the battery connector got disconnected from the board due the fall,Last month the iPhone charged really slow and dies quick do you think replacing the battery would turn it on? And would it help if I replace the motherboard w charging connected work? RE: iPhone 7 wont charge help - Mr.Magnificent - Mar 4, 2019 (Mar 4, 2019 01:10 AM)Sorry! Wrote: Last month the iPhone charged really slow and dies quick do you think replacing the battery would turn it on? first try replacing chargers and stuff, also try wireless charging if available. edit: it's not available unfortunatly.. replace chargers with original apple chargers before taking anything apart. I'm not sure.. Seems like you're out of luck OP. That's your own fault for buying an apple :p Just kidding.. I bought my iPhone 7 November 2017. I had the same issue in November 2018, wouldn't charge or turn on. Unsure as to what it was but it was still in warranty so I took it to one of the apple stores and they ran two tests. One I can't remember but the second one basically gave it a status of ”its never going to turn on again” I think is how the apple guy described it. They were still researching the error at the time. They just gave me a brand new one out the box like it was nothing, it was great. Take it into the store. Don't speak to them online or over the phone because they just palmed me off. You might have to go twice if you need an appointment. RE: iPhone 7 wont charge help - Ahmad - Mar 5, 2019 (Mar 5, 2019 05:55 PM)Sorry! That is really it, something like that doesn't happen from nowhere tbh so it's probably dirt, it's a 2.5 year old phone so it been used for that long. Ive had phones have that issue after 1-1.5 years of use, and this always did the trick. If not just look into fixing the port either yourself or get someone to do it. If it doesnt work post here again and quote me Ill look for something for you RE: iPhone 7 wont charge help - Top 3! - Mar 5, 2019 (Mar 5, 2019 05:57 PM)Kyou04 Wrote: Hi pal.Did you have a cracked screen or was the iPhone still like brand new W your broken phone? I know it sounds daft but take it to the store and they'll run tests if it's still in warranty. RE: iPhone 7 wont charge help - PerfectStorm - Mar 5, 2019 (Mar 5, 2019 05:55 PM)Sorry!
