Old Outlook .pst zipped password protected - Racermini - Mar 6, 2019 Hi, I've got 2 .pst outlook files that have been zipped and locked with a password. The files were created around 2005 or 2007. I don't know the password and need to access them. I'm guessing there is someone on here who can do this with their eyes shut, if anyone is up for it please drop me a PM. I can paypal $50 to anyone who can do it. I know there are many tools out there to open locked .pst files, I'm getting stuck here because the files are zipped. Tell me where you want the files sending, and once you have cracked it and can upload it to Outlook, show me some proof (screen shots, number of messages, random example messages that kind of thing) and I'll send the bounty, and you send me the files. There is nothing criminal here, we are just looking for some old commercial documents / messages that will be useful in negotiations. Thanks, Peter If this is in the wrong section, can a moderator move it, many apologies. RE: Old Outlook .pst zipped password protected - newtgrindel17 - Mar 6, 2019 Hello Racermini! I recently tried to decrypt 2 zip files too that were password protected. The program I used were John the Ripper and PRTK (Access Data Password Recovery Tool Kit). If you want you can try using those programs to brute-force/Dictionary. (Would recommend PRTK) Best of Luck! - Newt Grindel RE: Old Outlook .pst zipped password protected - Racermini - Apr 10, 2019 Thanks for the reply! One of the guys in our IT brute forced it, I'm not sure what software he used. Thanks. |
