PyTweet - Custom Twitter Wrapper (Under Development) - Vassilios - Mar 13, 2019

PyTweet - https://github.com/VassiliosUG/PyTweet

Hello! I started making my own Twitter Wrapper for practice with the goal being, making it as simplistic as possible. Here is an early version right now, follow the instructions on GitHub or import it any other way you know of. If you have any suggestions feel free to tell me. I will be evolving this over time to make it fuller and all.

Initialization
Code
client = API(consumer_key= "",
            consumer_secret= "",
            access_token= "",
            access_secret= "").authenticate()

bot = PyTweet(client)

Usage
Code
bot.show_timelines()
bot.send_tweet("Hello World!")

Documents will come sooner or later. If you inspect the current python file the names of each function describe what it does and so do the parameters.
For example:
Code
def search_tweets_by_username(self, username, count=5, exclude_replies="false"):
Username means the username of the person you want to find the tweets of, count is how many you want to find and exclude_replies means if you want to see people's replies to him.

Done a major overhaul where I used different modules and the code became better documented.

Yeah, Tweepy exists too. I just wanted to do that to gain more knowledge in classes and wrappers.

Looks a cool straightforward wrapper.
