I see no way to upload an Avatar (picture) for my profile. - DracoRexifer - Mar 14, 2019
Everyone else seems to have an Avatar but me but the profile page shows no way to upload an Avatar image. Also, the registration pages forced me to choose a user name at least 12 characters long. But it seems many other users have much shorter user names.

You need to be upgraded to upload your own avatar.

Passwords have to be 12 characters not usernames.
This guy for example joined earlier today with just 5 character username.
