I saw this website "connect-trojan dot net" offerring free Rats to download. I want to know about it can you guys tell about it that are these rat clean (not infected) and works properly?

Those are almost exclusively viruses. You can find decent free ones here on the forum, but you'll need to pay to reliably crypt the RAT in order to infect your target.

Most of the things offered on there are clean but I can't say for everything. I've never downloaded RATs from there but I've downloaded account recovery software which was clean. In the end, run everything in a VM first.
