Hi guys would really appreciate if anyone can point me to the right direction .
I am looking to buy large amounts of BTC for cash on regular basis , London area for no more then 4% fee.
I've checked LocalBTC but it all starts at 5% min.

best option is using LBC rather than finding someone off here.
be careful with LBC as-well, so many bought accounts.

If you could be more specific on what amount are you looking for in actual;
for real big amount I might provide for anywhere around 3% or lower rates for EU bank transfer or some other payment mode which we could discuss.

This is the wrong section, also it is technically currency exchange and you don't have the option to post in there. I would use Local BTC be careful during all transactions. Meet in public.

One thing others have failed to mention is that paxful might work too. Generally less fees with them I believe.
Also see about bitcoin atms.
