I'm wondering if I can offer a PayPal filtering service. PayPal Filtering is when you would have your buyer send their money to me with a note attached to
it, and then with that money, I would then send it over to your PayPal account. and I would take a cut but I'd only deal with high rep members to prevent any problems like charge back etc.

I feel like it's a bit blackhat, so I would say no but wait for an Admin/Staff response.
Also once you do that, enjoy your paypals getting limited as long as it's extremly shady.

They would use u to pretty much clean the money which is considered money laundering so idk if this is allowed

I promise you this wouldn't last long for you anyway. I've been dealing with PayPal for as long as I've been doing business and I can guarantee you that you would be limited, and the accounts that you send the cash to would also be limited for even being associated with you.

Why would you need a PayPal to PayPal filtering service unless you're money laundering or selling blackhat services/products? Don't see any legitimate use for it.

I don't see how this is any different from PayPal holding services. This is NOT allowed.
