I appreciate your interest buddy, I can tell you how the verification works, also see the video as it briefly describes its mechanism.So here is the detailed description of it,
Verify Email List: So Verifying actually means validating that whether an email is Active* or Inactive*. An Active email is the one which is, in real time, being used by an active user. However an Inactive email may tell you that the email is associated with no* user.
Verify Email List: Methods explanation
1. Verify: When you hit verify, CyberBomber, would perform it's magic (certainly couldn't be disclosed ) and will one by one, validate each and every email, that it has being provided in the email list. This may sound like very time consuming but it's really NOT. CyberBomber now has a Multi-Thread* System embedded which enables it's end users to save a lot of effective time validating emails. Currently, our thread limit is ^50, which could be modified on special requests ofc for free. At the end, after the email is checked for it's validity & all threads have completed their tasks, the list is split over to Verified(Active Emails)* and Non-Verified(Inactive Emails).*
2. Flush Inbox: Flush Inbox is used to clear the data stream that was being set up by CyberBomber to your Server/Host(simply whose SMTP/IMAP/POP address you are using) and delete all the recent Emails that were present during email validation.
3. Read Inbox Manually: This method is used to manually view the log window for any errors that might or may occur during the validation process.

I appreciate your curiosity my friend, CyberBomber is capable of making it's own ComboLists! You can target a specific area or pin code or a company to get a list of the names of people and just put it in the Generate Tab's keywords section. Select all and hit generate. If 200k has to be your limit then set "upper limit" to 200k and you're done mate. You can target specific servers as your preference or ask me to add your customs which I would happily do. It's that simple my mate 🤩

It depends, if the email address was ever registered in Mail server's database and wasn't deleted, the Mail would be delivered. In simple, The Email would not* be delivered only when the email address does not belong to any person/organization/etc or the server responds as email address not found.
