i am here in this thread , asking how can i avoid scammer even he have a good profile on HF
and how can i avoid charge back of AGC
finally if there is a trust seller of a clean AGC that i can deal with him

First off always use caution buying an AGC. Physical cards are your best bet here. Remember most of these members obtain them in illegitimate ways, such as E-whoring. They cannot be sure if someone will charge it back. Make sure to read each persons terms of service. Always use contracts and only deal with trusted members in the currency exchange.

Use a trusted member, use contract system, maybe use a middle man also if its a large deal.
You have to remember to most kids on HF $1000 or something is a LOT of money for them, they would sell their own mother for that.

even him , can't be sure if they can charge back it ? so what's the solution ?

Always use a contract and if you feel like the seller is sketchy, use a middleman. If he doesn’t want to use a MM, just find someone else to exchange with.

There is almost no way to guarantee a legit AGC. As some people stated above your best picks would be to get as many physical as possible and to deal with a couple of users only which provide you with quality AGCs
