I said this in multiple posts but no one seems to listen to me, DO NOT BUY RATS IF YOU INTEND TO COMMIT ILLEGAL BLACKHAT ACTIVITY COMMON SENSE. All the FBI has to do is seize one main source and the bucket comes tumbling down with the water if you get the analogy. If you do intend to do BH activity at least use open source or custom malware those don't have a paper trail other then it calling home to a C&C IP which can be obfuscated easily where as centralized rats have HWID, payment logs and tons more juicy data for the FBI. Orcus got seized despite armada being oblivious all this time and no ones safe if you are a malware author publishing your malware and selling it for profit just makes you a target. People just continue to be a sheep and always wind up in the slaughter house at the end. It should be common sense not to commit fraud with tools that have paper trails or you will get caught it's plain and simple.

depends, in my licensing system (Codevest) you have the option to disable logs as is privacy oriented so no ips or other personal info will eb stored

and just a thought, but how exactly do you think the users/customers of orcus will be caught? whats the link besides the paper trial
and another thought, in that case hypothetically a user uses purchases a premium vpn provided "sharkvpn" for example. In the same case the fbi can trial the ip from the malware to the service provider where he would end up giving paper trail aswell (for example email, payment, og ip)
