I don't have any deals with him. It User contact me that he want buy my service and I Reply him with my contacts. After that he don't contact me give me -3 Popularity and I see it message
The member Dervie has you on their ignore list. You cannot view their profile. You can view their popularity HERE. This is an upgraded member feature.

OP, it doesn't mean anything, you should strive to make your B-ratings positive, no one looks at population when doing deals here (if you plan on doing any).
