From what I heard...the keys to decrypt the encrypted files is in one of the .api. I don't know if those are the right files which have the keys though.

That's what I want to know. The game is Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia, a mobile game.
I intercepted the files when started the game.
I want the abilities, weapons data, etc. It's not stored in assets.
